Everything above is derived from your own deal ledger. No board owns it and no licence gates it, which is why it is the half of this page that ships today.

Not one board or CREA figure renders here, in any form, including a chart drawn from one. CREA's terms reach derived work, so a graph of the benchmark is the same breach as the number. This is a data gate, not a build task — an active licence row opens it with no deploy.
Whose signature opens what
MLS(R) HPI benchmark price
Median sale price, Average sale price, Sales, New listings, Active listings, Sales-to-active ratio, Days on market
Two grantors, not one. A board licence does not cover CREA and a BCREA technology licence explicitly excludes both. There is also no statistics ingest yet, so a grant alone would show an empty package until the parser lands.

These publish under licences that permit commercial reuse with attribution. There is no ingest for them yet, so they are links rather than figures — inventing numbers to fill the space would be worse than the empty state.

Who this may lawfully go to
This list comes from the consent engine and nowhere else. There is no tier filter, no saved segment and no “send to past clients” — tier says nothing about consent, expiry or suppression, and a list built from it is the $10M mistake.

The row that would be written
A newsletter never counts as a human touch. If it did, every contact's clock would reset on send day and the daily five would go permanently empty.
This is where it stops
This is where RealtorCore stops. There is no email provider connected, so nothing is sent and no row is written - what you see is exactly the send that would be queued, including who it would go to and the footer that would go with it.
